Payments and reservations are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to someone else at your own risk. This action must be reported to Karen immediately and in advance of the class date. If there is any restriction or circumstance that is out of our hands and prevents the workshop from taking place, the class would be postponed to a later date. In case you cannot participate on that new date, Karen would offer you private tutoring at no additional cost.
